About Shipping and Delivery
We offer 2 shipping options at the present time. With all of our shipping options we will provide a tracking number to you as the buyer. We highly suggest that you keep track of the item as it progresses in online tracking and keep in contact with us for any problems, concerns, questions you may have. If you are not at home for your item to be delivered typically 3 delivery attempts are made and a notice is left informing you of this. If after 3 attempts you are still not available the item will be kept at the shipping companies depot or your local post office. You should be aware of this if you are not typically at home during regular business hours when deliveries are typically made. We feel buyers should take responsibility for these issues within their own country since we cannot request that the shipping company make extra delivery attempts etc.
1) Express Air Mail or Parcel - this option is 100% FREE. It takes about 3-7 days to arrive to Western Europe and North America, it includes tracking and insurance. Other countries outside of those regions can expect to wait 5-14 days for their orders to arrive depending on how remote your region is and the shipping delay within your own country.
2) DHL Express - it takes 1 day to arrive to Western Europe and 2 days to arrive to other locations, prices vary by region but the service is guaranteed and secure.
About Returns or Exchanges
We understand that buying clothing, shoes, etc online can be difficult because you as the buyer dont have the chance to touch the item, try it on, look at yourself in the mirrror etc. There is a lot of guess work involved in buying clothing online. We hope to make the experience as painless as possible by allowing you to ask as many questions as you like before you place an order.
We prefer that customers become informed about their purchase rather than make an impulsive decision and decide to return their goods for no reason other than buyers remorse. Keeping all of this in mind we have come up with what we consider a fair return policy.
Returns are allowed 7 days following receipt of your item, all products must be returned in 100% brand new condition with all tags and accesories in tact. The item must be returned with a tracking number and you must follow instructions from our customer support to make a return. If an item is simply returned with no prior contact with us it will be difficult for us to know the circumstances of that return and at least it will delay the process of a refund.
We cannot cover shipping costs and we dont refund shipping.
If the buyer is requesting a return for money back then we will assess a $10.00 restocking fee to cover administrative costs, paypal, visa, mastercard etc. fees as well as packaging, shipping, and lost labour costs. We believe in reality that $10.00 doesnt even begin to cover those costs when an item is returned to us.
If the buyer is requestion an exchange there is no restocking fee but shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.
